  1. They make little one piece pajamas that have closed hands try those.
  2. Our Son went through the same thing. His pediatrician told us it is normal and not a bad sign. We swaddled him and kept his arms at his side when he was being swaddled/bundled. Also consider putting on a pajama with the hands covered; this helped our son. And NEVER put a blanket in the crib because he/she may suffocate.
  3. It's normal for a baby's hands to be chilled. They don't have well developed sweat glands and this is how they regulate their body temperature!!
  4. How old is your baby? Fairly young babies have bad circulation and therefore cold extremeties (hands and feet) are normal and nothing to worry about as long as you're putting socks and mittens on, it isn't a sign that your baby is cold all over as it is with older babies. If your baby is older then short of what you've done already, I'm not too sure what you can do. You can always raise the temperature in the room but you have to be really careful as overheating can lead to SIDS as I'm sure you know. Best thing to do is talk to your health visitor or doctor about it. But I'm sure it isn't anything to worry about.
  5. I used infant socks on his hands. The infant gloves would never stay on so I got an extra pack of socks and used them as gloves. It worked great.
